Back to work, weeding and trimming hedges.
I arranged a skype interview for 7am tomorrow morning with Lynette and Jana from the YMCA. Kinda scary.
This was for us another cooking night, and Paul decided we would cook pork chops as we had visitors coming from up the road. No pressure! It actually worked out really well, as we combined what we were going to cook - sweet corn fritters - with the chops, plus spuds, peas and apple sauce made from scratch. So that suited everyone, including Richa, who could not eat pork.
We had an early night as I had my interview and Neil was waking up at 5.30 to say goodbye to Richa, who was going to Paris. We had arranged to meet up with her later on in Nice as we would be there at the same time.
